1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the website onyxlabs.be published by OnyxLabs (BE1036.825.971). By browsing the website, you accept them without reservation.
2. Access to the website
The website is freely accessible 24/7, subject to interruptions for maintenance or force majeure. Users agree not to undermine the operation or security of the website (intrusion attempts, automated form submissions, data scraping…).
3. Intellectual property
All website content is protected by copyright and trademark law. Any reuse without the written consent of OnyxLabs is prohibited.
4. Data protection (GDPR)
Data controller: OnyxLabs, Rue du Chênois 148, 6042 Charleroi — support@onyxlabs.be.
Data collected: through the contact form, your last name, first name, company, phone, email, service, message and contact preference; technically, your IP address is processed temporarily for security purposes (abuse rate limiting).
Purposes and legal bases: answering your request and preparing a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); securing the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f); audience measurement, only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a).
Retention: contact requests are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange, unless a contract follows; security data (IP) for a few minutes in memory; Google Analytics statistics for 14 months.
Recipients: only OnyxLabs and its technical processors (OVH SAS for hosting and email; Cloudflare for bot protection; Google Ireland Ltd for audience measurement if you accept it). Your data is never sold.
Transfers outside the EU: any transfers (Google, Cloudflare) are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to support@onyxlabs.be. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
5. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required): form security token (onyx_csrf, 2 hours), selected language (NEXT_LOCALE), storage of your cookie choices (browser local storage, 6 months).
Audience measurement cookies (with consent): Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*, 13 months maximum). They are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. OnyxLabs has no control over their content and accepts no liability for them.
7. Liability
OnyxLabs makes every effort to ensure published information is accurate, without guaranteeing completeness. OnyxLabs cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the website.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut, Charleroi division, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
9. Changes
OnyxLabs may amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the website on the day of your visit.
